Agency Pulse
Agency Pulse is a short, AI-written morning briefing at the top of the dashboard — a quick read on what happened at your agency since yesterday and what's on the schedule today. It's generated once each morning, shortly before your office opens, and every member of your team sees it.
Turning it on
Section titled “Turning it on”From Admin → Traise Intelligence, switch Agency Pulse on and accept the disclaimer (see the overview for how enabling features works). The first briefing appears the next morning — the overnight jobs need one night to gather activity first.
What's in the briefing
Section titled “What's in the briefing”The briefing is written from your agency's own activity counters:
- Clients added to or removed from your tags overnight
- Clients placed on task boards by your automated assignments
- New clients added
- Messages scheduled to send today
- Follow-ups due today
On the current plan the briefing covers the essentials above; higher plans will feed richer activity into it as they launch. On a day with nothing to report, the dashboard shows a simple "Nothing to report" line instead — no filler.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Only aggregate activity is sent to our vendor's AI service — tag names, task board names, and counts. No client records, message content, or call content are sent, and your data is never used to train third-party AI models.
